Crystal Cruises boost trade support with three new recruits
Luxury line plans to add more staff in key regions
Luxury line Crystal has confirmed three new hires as it enhances support for the trade.
Regional sales manager, south, Ryan Bishop has joined the UK sales team having most recently served as a cruise director for Seabourn and Viking.
He will report to UK & Ireland senior sales manager Stephen Joyner.
Ana Torres becomes UK & EMEA inside sales executive from a luxury hotel brand, bringing the London-based inside sales team to a total of three.
She will provide support to the reservation system and CRM, and collaborate with key account partners and General Sales Agents.
New EMEA sales director Michael Steffl has spent more than 20 years with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and is responsible for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa trade sales distribution.
LATAM, UK & EMEA trade sales senior vice president Matias Lira said: “In June we announced our plan to expand our sales presence within the UK and EMEA.
“We believe that providing our advisor community with personalised one-to-one support is the key to expanding and growing these regions with incredible opportunity to experience Crystal.
“I am happy to announce the appointment of three individuals who will contribute to this success. Michael Steffl, Ryan Bishop and Ana Torres have each started within their respective capacities this month and will begin contributing in their verticals and regions shortly.
“We are also continuing other hiring efforts to further expand our support in key regions.”
