Fred Olsen Travel opens fourth concept store
TravelQuest agency rebranded and relocated
Fred Olsen Travel has opened its fourth concept store after rebranding and relocating its TravelQuest store in Woodbridge, Suffolk.
The agency, acquired by Fred Olsen Travel in 2012, will focus on two brands, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines and Silversea Cruises.
The store has been relocated from Church Street to the main thoroughfare in the town, becoming the group’s fourth concept store. The other three stores are in Worthing, Ringwood and Eastbourne.

The agency, which has operated as TravelQuest in Woodbridge for 32 years until now, will sell cruises and land-based holidays but as with other concept stores will showcase specific suppliers.
The two chosen cruise lines will benefit from in-store branding, brochure racking, marketing and dedicated promotions.
The store will also feature a Luxury Cruise Club lounge where customers can browse through brochures and find inspiration for their next holiday.
The store was opened by Samantha Stimpson, chief executive of Fred Olsen Cruise Lines. It will continue to be managed by Claire Aitchison with the same team of staff as before.
Director of retail Paul Hardwick said: “We are delighted to have relocated and rebranded our TravelQuest store, and look forward to continuing to offer all holidays and cruises to the people of Woodbridge and the surrounding communities through the personalised, knowledgeable service of Claire and her team.”
Fred Olsen Travel’s other concept stores all have a specific set of suppliers they focus on. The Worthing store showcases Classic Collection Holidays, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines and Titan; Ringwood showcases Cunard, Carnival Cruise Line, Holland America Line, P&O Criuses, Princess Cruises and Seabourn; and in Eastbourne the focus is on Riviera Travel, Cunard, Regent Seven Seas, Oceania Cruises and Fred Olsen Cruise Lines.
Fred Olsen Travel has 21 travel agencies in total on the high street, and has added seven new shops in the last four years.
