Gold Medal to host 100 agents at Big Day Out celebration

Gold Medal is to host more than 100 travel agents at its annual Big Day Out celebration in June.
The informal two-night event will return to the Carden Park Hotel near Chester on June 25 and 26, with the Big Day Out on June 26 featuring golf for established and beginner players and a range of alternative activities for non-golfers including a treasure hunt.
The event will kick off with a welcome barbecue on June 25, while the Big Day Out itself will conclude with a special themed party.
More than 20 suppliers are set to be in attendance and Travel Weekly will continue its long-standing partnership with the event.
Gold Medal managing director Simon Applebaum said: “We are delighted to be welcoming our agents and supplier partners back to Carden Park for our flagship event – Gold Medal’s Big Day Out.
“This year is set to be bigger and better than ever before, with the team pulling out all the stops to ensure another exciting event.
“As always, it will be a great opportunity for our agents and suppliers to network in a relaxed and fun, environment. We can’t wait to see everyone there in June.”
