Health is wealth! Lily Aldridge doesn’t hold back when it comes to self-care, and to celebrate her partnership with Beyond Yoga and role as their POWERBEYOND campaign star, the model spilled her routine to ET.
To stay driven, Aldridge makes it a point to look cozy and chic every time she hits the gym.
“I want to feel flexible and not restricted when I’m working out. … Whether I am doing yoga, ballet — which I’ve been really loving this year — running, or anything in between, I know that I’ll be supported and comfortable in my Beyond Yoga,” she says.

The California native also reminds herself of the emotional benefits when taking on a challenging fitness session.
“So much of working out, for me, personally, is the mind. That time for yourself and for your body is just a really important part of my physical and mental wellness.”

It is such a lifelong practice and so effective and so wonderful for the mind, body and spirit. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or even nervous for a tough workout ahead, I go back to the simple practice of a simple meditation. It just does wonders.”
In addition to carving out time to be zen, Aldridge believes consistency is key and isn’t afraid to include a little extra something when necessary.

It's something that I've been doing for the last few years. … I love to make myself a cup of tea to get myself ready to take on the day. At night, I try not to touch my phone and instead do some reading to try to wind down before bed. … When I need to reset, I'm all about just being at home, journaling, painting, and reminding myself of all the things that I'm grateful for,” the 38-year-old explains.
And when it comes to new additions, Aldridge doesn’t shy away from the latest crazes.
“I’m really open to trying everything and exploring all options. The wildest wellness trend I’ve tried is cryotherapy and I want to try ice baths – it’s next on my list,” she reveals.
