Adam, a Man Flow Yoga Member, stumbled onto yoga in his late forties because his performance in the bedroom was suffering. After discovering these workouts, Adam made a plan for himself. He committed to doing yoga at least two to three times a week for a month to see if it made a tangible difference in the bedroom. 

Well, fast forward a month, and Adam decided to test if yoga improved his bedroom performance. So, he and his wife spent an entire weekend together—and Adam had an awakening: He had no problems “down there” at all! 

He was shocked by just how quickly Man Flow Yoga erased his ED issues, especially when no pills from his doctor worked. After this glorious weekend, Adam decided to start doing yoga every day because he had a couple other fitness issues he thought yoga could fix. 

Besides his ED issues, Adam also became prone to injuries in his late thirties. He would be on a tear, working out consistently in the gym for several weeks—until, boom, he injured himself. How Adam Lost 50 Pounds, Prevented Lifting Injuries, and Started Running Again

As mentioned earlier, Adam has always loved running—but he hung up his running shoes when he turned 46. However, after the first four weeks of the Strength Foundations Challenge, he decided to question if he needed to retire from running. So, he started adding sprints back into his daily walks. He quickly went from sprinting a quarter of a mile to running a mile at a time. Then two miles. Then three, four, five, six!

Not only does it give him access to like-minded men with similar goals and interests, but the support he’s received from other men has made him stick with Man Flow Yoga when he was a complete beginner that would fall over when doing a high lunge.
