Her mantra is

oṃ padma devi puṣpa devi paṃ svāhā

Pandaravasini(पाण्डरवासिनी) or Pāṇḍarā is the Wisdom Mother Co-Equal (prajna or wisdom consort) of Amitabha Buddha, Mother of the Western Pureland of Sukhavati. She is red, symbolizing she is the queen of magnetizing and power. Her sacred animals are the Peacock and the Dragon and sometimes the pheonix, and her element is fire. Her Tibetan name is Gökarmo [gos dkar mo].

Baiyi Guanyin or (Chinese: 白衣觀音; pinyin: Báiyī Guānyīn) – “White Robed Guanyin”. Byakue kannon 白衣観音 In this form she is feminine form of Guanyin.

NOTE: No empowerment is required to chant the mantra or visualize her in front of you. The requirements is Bodhichitta — the intention to attain Enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Translation of Mantra (Vessantara): ’Devi’ can mean a goddess in Sanskrit, but here it also means ‘queen’. ‘Padma’ is a lotus, and ‘pushpa’ is a flower. So the mantra invokes Pandaravasini as ‘queen of lotuses, queen of flowers’. With Om we prostrate to the Enlightened Body Speech and Mind of the deity, so the entire translation is Om, I prostrate to the Enlightened Body, Speech and Mind of Pandara Queen of Lotus, Queen of Flowers.

In her Dakini form, she is Pandma Dakini or sometimes called Pandara Dakini. She is also an emanation or aspect of Mother Tara.
