Beauty from within! Par Olive founder Olivia Boyd-Smith gave ET an inside look at her celeb-approved wellness rituals while celebrating the launch of her Marine Collagen Superpowders on FWRD.
The Australian entrepreneur set out to find a simple solution for glowing skin, strong nails, and glossy hair — and teamed up with a dermatologist to create her own.
Par Olive"I wanted a collagen that was wild-caught and single origin (never farmed), blended with Vitamin C for absorption, and pearl powder for luminosity," she explains.
From there, the CEO began to see the outcome she desired.
"When women see results they can actually see and feel, it becomes a mainstay in their beauty ritual," Smith notes.

As for her own regimen, Smith gravitates toward practices that feel both indulgent and restorative.
Her morning must-have: "I always start my day with what I call my skin bowl, which includes sprouted granola, walnuts, goji berries, and two teaspoons of our Unflavoured Marine Collagen Superpowder."

Still, finding time for balance is just as important. "I try to lean away from following trends and more into taking moments to tune back into myself. ... I'm a believer in relishing time with friends and loved ones. I love dinners out, a beautiful glass of wine, pizza, and gelato."
