Ingredients

OVERLOAD NUTTY BY NATURE ICE CREAM BITES

2 cups low calorie vanilla ice cream (this recipe utilized Halo Top) 2 Quest Overload Nutty By Nature protein bars, chopped ¾ cup chocolate, sugar free ½ tsp coconut oil

Method

In a 6×6 inch pan, line with parchment paper and spread the ice cream in an even layer. Top with chopped bar and freeze overnight. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and cut into 16 squares. Cover each square in chocolate and return to the freezer for 2 hours before serving.
