Ingredients

VANILLA LATTE CHAI

3 cinnamon sticks 1 tsp black peppercorns 5 cloves, whole 3 cardamom pods 2 anise stars 1 Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Shake ½ cup almond milk 2 black tea bags

Method

Toast the whole spices in a pot over medium heat for 1-2 minutes and fragrant. Add in the protein shake and almond milk and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and into serving mugs. Enjoy!
