Over the weekend, the Southern UK Dharma Celebration took place at the Kadampa Meditation Center London, with teachings led by Kadam Bridget Heyes, the UK National Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU. The event offered attendees a unique opportunity for personal growth and reflection.
The event began with Gen Chodor's warm introduction, followed by Gen Jigme guiding a profound morning meditation. Kadam Bridget then granted the empowerment of White Tara and shared Venerable Geshe-la's teaching on the Four Seals. She illustrated how the Four Seals can be used to maintain a positive mind in everyday life. The strength of the sangha was undeniable, and the special blessings of White Tara were felt by all who attended.
