Travel Counsellors names Liverpool as 2025 conference location

Travel Counsellors has revealed the location of next year’s annual conference as well as the destinations chosen for the five ‘gold’ rewards trips.

At the close of this year’s gathering in Manchester, chief executive Steve Byrne said the 2025 conference would be held at ACC Liverpool from November 7-9.

He said the agency had “outgrown” Manchester Central, the venue both this year and last, as delegate numbers now total more than 2,100.

“There are only a few places that can accommodate this many people,” he said, going on to confirm the conference would return to the site of the 2022 event.

For 2025, the agency has secured more than 470 fam trip places, a greater number than ever, according to global sales director Jim Eastwood, while delegates were also told of the line-up of rewards trips for top-performing agents.

The first trip will be to Quebec in April, followed by Fethiye in May, a Caribbean cruise in June, a trip to Barbados in the same month and, in September, a trip to Vietnam.

Fam trip destinations will include Lapland, Sri Lanka, Florida, Japan, Athens, Namibia, Singapore, Cyprus, Canada and the Galápagos Islands.
