Wisdom and spiritual power

Before Gen Chokyong traveled to ITTP we received a Buddha Manjushri empowerment followed by a retreat. Around 60 people participated in this beautiful event. We had the opportunity to receive from our Resident Teacher and National Spiritual Director, Gen Chokyong, the empowerment of the Wisdom Buddha Manjushri and also to receive commentary to the practice Treasury of Wisdom.

It was a weekend full of wisdom, blessings, teachings, meditations, laughter, conversations, work, food, and much more.

Thank you to every volunteer who worked on the various tasks that make these events possible! Nothing would be possible without the kindness of others! And in particular we are very grateful for the infinite kindness of our Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe-la, who gives us the opportunity to receive these profound teachings and blessings.

A special weekend of receiving blessings to overcome obstacles. Kadam Bridget Heyes granted the blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani and gave powerful teachings.

Sangha from around the UK along with Nagarjuna Thornby Hall and Leicester community joined together for the spiritual power blessings of Buddha Vajrapani. There was a wonderful buzz of excitement from all who attended. Kadam Bridget’s teachings on karma and emptiness were so clear and people found them very moving.

We even had lovely weather so the campers stayed dry and everyone could enjoy their coffee outside in the beautiful grounds of Nagarjuna.
