In her new position she will cover the south of the country.
Lambert said: “The sector has had such a challenging time over the past two years, and I am really looking forward to supporting Advantage members as the market recovers.”
Advantage now has a team of three business developments managers as part of a wider business development team of six.
David Moon, head of business development at Advantage, said Lambert was a “strong addition” to his team.
He said: “I have every confidence she will be a valuable resource to members across the region as well as a great support in recruiting new members to add to our growing footprint.
“Following Jayne’s appointment, we now have an exceptionally strong business development team, who will be pivotal in supporting members as they rebuild their businesses, post pandemic.
“Members continually tell us that the support they get from the business development team is of huge value to them, and never more so at this time as the industry moves into its recovery phase.”
