Air New Zealand to Boost L.A., Seoul Capacity Temporarily
Air New Zealand will expand its service between Auckland and each Los Angeles and Seoul due to increased demand for both routes, the carrier announced Thursday.

Between Aug. 15 and Oct. 29, the airline will add an Auckland-Los Angeles flight three times per week to complement its daily service between the two cities. The route will be operated with a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. The additional service will add 33 percent more seats on the Los Angeles route each week, according to Air New Zealand.
For Seoul, the carrier will double the number of weekly flights to and from Auckland from one to two between Sept. 12 and Oct. 24, also using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
