Carnival Cruise Line updates agent booking platform

Carnival Cruise Line has updated its trade booking platform based on feedback from agents.

The line said GoCCL Navigator has a “fresh design” which aims to improve search and viewing functions, as well as make fares easier to review and compare with a simplified list of key benefits and details, the ability to book accessible cabins, and a side-by-side offer comparison tool to show prices and benefits of different bookings at a glance.

The platform will also feature a special offers red tag which will highlight when clients have a loyalty club offer on a sailing.

All updates will be fully implemented by April 21.

Adolfo Perez, senior vice-president of global sales and trade marketing, said: “We deeply value our travel agent community, whose expertise and passion are an integral part of our success.

“The latest updates on GoCCL.co.uk are based directly on agents’ feedback and make it easier than ever to match clients’ needs with the perfect Carnival cruise to deliver exceptional service, all while saving valuable time by doing it quickly online.”
