This is an excerpt from our free series of three in-depth dialogues with Jon Kabat-Zinn, the creator of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and a pioneer in the modern mindfulness movement, he explains the powerful “hidden dimension” of awareness and how exploring it reveals who we truly are.
