Protected Trust Services reports record-breaking weekend

Protected Trust Services (PTS) has reported a record-breaking start to March, with £1.7 million in sales for the opening weekend of the month.

The consortium said this “fantastic milestone” is part of a successful first quarter, which saw record sales in January and the announcement of its 2026 conference.

Towards the end of January, PTS reported that revenue had increased by 8.9% year on year – up by more than £1.8 million.

And in February it revealed that it will hold its next membership conference at the Belfry Hotel, Sutton Coldfield, from March 17-19, 2026.

Emma Collis, PTS executive director, said: “This record-breaking weekend of £1.7 million in sales highlights the remarkable growth and momentum we’re experiencing at PTS.

“It’s a testament to the strength and dedication of our membership.

“February was also a standout month, with 15 new travel companies joining us, contributing to a total of 22 new members in 2025, signalling a promising year ahead.

She said a wide variety of product types was selling well, ranging from bucket-and-spade holidays to bespoke ski trips, and noted the destinations of Greece, Morocco, and Egypt were performing particularly strongly – while padel sports are an “exciting, up-and-coming” sector.

Collis also highlighted the “hard work and groundwork that was put in” by members during January.

“February seems to have picked up momentum, with the efforts of agents paying off and a broader variety of members now involved, selling a wider range of products,” she added.

“This diversification is helping to open more opportunities, especially beyond just relying on high street trade.”

Collis concluded: “The announcement of our Spring Spectacular 2026 conference further underscores the exciting opportunities ahead for PTS.

“It’s a fantastic time to be part of PTS, and we’re thrilled to continue celebrating the achievements of both our collective and individual members as the year unfolds.”
